Yes, we deliver to certain countries internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. During checkout, delivery options and costs will be displayed.
Shipping is free to a Pickup point in Mainland France. A fee applies for home delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the delivery in real-time on the carrier's website. However, sometimes a typo in your email address can prevent the successful delivery of our email.

If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will send you a replacement frame or offer a refund, according to your preference. We strongly recommend that upon receiving your package, you carefully inspect the general condition of the package (inside and outside) in the presence of the delivery person. If there is any issue, do not accept the package and contact our Customer Service via our email address at contact@woodillusion.com.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the undamaged frame within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details. Only items non-customised returned in their entirety, in their original, complete, and intact packaging, and in perfect resale condition will be accepted.
